Product Information and Order Acceptance

OluKai strives for accuracy in product details, including pricing, descriptions, stock availability, and images. However, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times. All orders are subject to acceptance after verifying that stock is available and prices are confirmed.

Ordering Process and Delivery Times

Placing an order on OluKai’s website constitutes an offer to purchase, which OluKai must explicitly accept to be binding.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to pricing errors, insufficient stock, payment verification issues, or fraud prevention measures.
Order processing generally takes between 1-3 business days.
Expected delivery timeframes range from 7-12 business days after processing is complete.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, products must be unused, unchanged, and returned with their original packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact OluKai support at ohinfelix93@gmail.com to obtain authorization.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item. All reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. If you request cancellation after this period, processing may already have begun, making cancellation impossible.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on the OluKai website—including text, graphics, trademarks, source code, and website structure—are the exclusive property of OluKai or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, OluKai provides this site on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. All statutory warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
